By accessing or using axentalabs.com or purchasing from Axenta Labs, you agree to these terms. Read them before placing an order. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase these products.
Research use only
All products sold on this site are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Axenta Labs is a research chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified individual or entity authorized to handle research chemicals, that you understand the hazards associated with them, and that you accept full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal.
We provide no usage guidance and cannot advise on experimental design.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to access this site or purchase from Axenta Labs. Every visitor is required to confirm their age before entering.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21, that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes, and that the information you provide is accurate.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payments
Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway. We do not store card or bank account details on our servers.
Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Pricing errors do not obligate us to fulfill an order at the incorrect price.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping destinations, rates, handling, and our returns position are set out in full on the Shipping and Return Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
In summary: all sales are final. Product concerns are evaluated case by case within the windows stated on that page.
You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and handling of these materials.
Analytical documentation
Certificates of analysis published on this site relate to the specific lot identified in the report. They describe what independent analysis found for that lot at the time of testing.
We make no representation about a material’s suitability for any particular application. Verification for your own purposes remains your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axenta Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product sold on this site, or from use of this site.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axenta Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of this site, your purchase or handling of any product, or your breach of these terms.
SMS messaging
Axenta Labs offers an SMS program that sends order updates, restock notices, and new lot availability to customers who opt in on axentalabs.com.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages from Axenta Labs at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation, after which you will receive no further messages. To resume, opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.

All content on this site — text, product data, analytical documentation, layout, and the Axenta Labs name and mark — is our property or used under license, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
