This policy explains what information Axenta Labs collects when you visit axentalabs.com, place an order, or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Order contents and history
- Anything you send us by email
- Your mobile number and consent record, if you opt in to SMS

- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited and time spent on the site
- Referring page
- Cookie data, including cart contents
What we never receive
Full card numbers, CVV codes, and bank account details are handled entirely by our payment processor. They do not pass through our servers and we cannot see them. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card.
How we use it
- To process and fulfill orders
- To send order confirmations, shipping notices, and tracking
- To respond to questions about an order, a lot, or a report
- To send marketing messages, where you have opted in
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We share only what is necessary, and only with:

SMS opt-in data is not shared with anyone. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and consent records collected for SMS messaging are never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
If Axenta Labs is acquired or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified before it changes hands.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your session, remember that you have confirmed your age, and understand how pages are used. Cart cookies record when a cart is abandoned, which we may use to send a reminder if you have opted in to receive one.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may prevent the cart and checkout from working.
Marketing
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us.
For SMS, reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders you have placed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, email contact@axentalabs.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Some information must be retained despite a deletion request — transaction records for tax and regulatory purposes, for instance.

Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, restrict access to customer data to those who need it, and rely on established providers for payment processing and hosting.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Use a strong, unique password, and do not send sensitive information by email.
Age requirement
This site is not directed at anyone under 21. You must be 21 or older to access this site or purchase from Axenta Labs, and every visitor must confirm their age before entering.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we will delete it. If you believe someone under 21 has given us information, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
